HNJ Religious Education Program

2022 – 2023 Registration is now open

If your child is in grades 1-8, and attending a public or a non-Catholic private school, they should be attending religious education classes to help them grow in their faith and to prepare them to receive their sacraments.

St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Academy

Grades PreK-3 through 8

St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Academy is accepting registrations for Preschool through Grade 8 for the 2022 – 2023 School Year.

Please go to the Academy’s web site for details for children entering Kindergarten through Grade 8.

Go to the NYC Department of Education Portal at myschools.nyc to register children for PreK 3 and 4.

HNJ Church is OPEN for Masses, Prayer and Other Sacraments

HNJ Church remains OPEN for our full Mass and prayer schedule, as well as Funerals, Baptisms and Weddings.

Mass Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 9 a.m.*
Saturday: 9 a.m.; 5:30 p.m. (Vigil)
Sunday: 7:30 a.m., 9 a.m.* (Spanish), 10:30 a.m.*, Noon.
Masses noted with * are also live streamed on our Facebook page.
Church Open for Private Prayer:
Monday – Saturday, 10 a.m. to Noon
Confessions:
Saturdays, 5 p.m. – 5:20 p.m. in the Church; or by appointment.
Weddings, Baptisms:  Please call the Rectory

Funerals:  Please have the Funeral Home contact the Rectory
